Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Cycle

Starting m periods normal 7 days hty thy with heavy blood but with the passage of time in my twenties blood days duration kaam hna start hui bleeding m kaam hui like 5 days hty rhy phir back to back 3 days then iss month 2 days huye. I'm too much worried about it. Kindly guide me what's the problem. I'm not married yet Thank you
