Periods may not return to regular pattern after delivery till 6-8 weeks without breastfeeding; with breastfeeding resumption of regular periods may vary and depends upon frequency and duration of breastfeeding. If amount of bleeding and pain is like a usual cycle no need to worry , just take some painkiller, otherwise consult your doctor.

Aoa
you do ur pelvic scan full bladder to make sure theres nothing left behind aft delivery of the baby
also ask ur attending OBGyn to advise u serial bhcg to make sure ur pregnancy hormones r regressing satisfactorily
if ethg turns out to b normal then ur bleeding can b due to breastfeeding
for increasing ur breast feed ask ur OBGYn to prescribe u medicine...meanwhile increase ur hydration and take a lot of proteins green leafy vegetables fruits and MILK
