Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Cycle Disturbance

my date was 16 july but I didn't get periods I also do strip pregnancy test but that was also negative someone suggest me to insert st mom tablet for getting periods immediately so I did this after insert 2 tablet of st mom in my vagina I got periods crams nd red water discharge start after 3 hours now I'm worrying about this please suggest me the treatment
