Can omatril and duphstan be used together? I was taking omatril for heavy periods (21days tablet then 7 days gap). Now another doctor prescribed duphastan
Aoa. They are different hormones. cannot be used together. if u are comfortable with omatril continue it.
if your heavy bleeding did not improve with omatril it is better if u stop it and start Duphaston 1 tab twice daily for 3 wks and wait for 1wk and do US to rule out other causes ofbleeding

Reason for heavy periods should be investigated. Have pelvic ultrasound scan and blood test for Hormones.
You can use duphaston. But sometimes it fails to control bleeding.
