Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Problem

I have been facing irregular discharge since january'20. Brown discharge is coming even other then menstruation days that too continuously. Doctor prescribed me tablet diane-35 and glucophage 500 mg for it's cure. But I've noticed after I started using both the medicines I having even more brown discharge compared to other previous months. Now, I am on my period and that didn't happen as of every previous month with a very less amount of blood and a lot more amount of brown discharge that too with unexpected pinning type of pain in abdomen ( or lower area where menstrual cramps occur). Kindly, guide.
