Talk to Gynecologist on Menstruation

Assalamu Alaikum! I can't predict my cycles. Sometimes, they're in range. Once was shorter. And often go long maximum 80+ days and minimum 40+ days. I got appointment too. Remained okay while having medicine. Afterwards, again they went like before unpredictable. I want some piece of advice. Although, i feel pain in my breasts before periods and sometimes afterwards. And often feel pain in genital area (bladder) and in pelvic region too. Thank you. Kind regards.
