Hi! I'm on keto diet for last 2 months and I'm a mild pcos patient but my periods have always been regular. But this month i got little bit spotting 1 day and then it vanished. Didn't get periods. I'm worried do i need to see a gynecologist? Or is it because of dietary changes? P.s Not pregnant
U should wait for next period, it might b due to change in dietary habits.
if u r having PCO, plz take it seriously, u need to loose weight if u r obese and yes plz go to gynecologist and hv proper investigation n advice

One month problem is not a big issue.keep reducing ur weight.as u r having regular periods its no problem.
Drastic weight gain or weight loss can cause irregular periods,If it continue you will need a proper workup
Yes consult a gynaecologist if next periods are similar
