Yes very safe, not painful at all, yes for 10-12 yrs
mirena is for 5 yrs and placed intrauterine.
jeddale is subdermal less invasive placed under skin in arm and for 5 yr too.
but at this age for contraception jeddale is far much better then mirena.
both releases hormone called progesterone
there are some side effects for every use of hormones. but if u have good healthy life style it won't do much to the weight
