Miscarriage

Question

My lmp is 24-4-2023. I have a weak positive pregnancy test at 26-5-2023. But bleeding started at 28th. I thought its a miscarriage and now at this month i was waiting for my periods but no periods. I go for ultrasound which shows 7 weeks pregnancy with dead fetus. 
Can it be removed with medications? If yes then please prescribe . I m afraid of d&amp;c.
