I have delayed periods my ultrasound shows some issues with my ovary but my hormonal tests are normal . I sometimes take gynecosid at the end of the month . I did the same last month but i got just spotting for 3 days then another month passed didn’t got my periods i took tablets again and i started bleeding tissues coming out and severe cramping the whole day , the next day tissues were coming out but just with spotting and no bleeding, was that abortion or what ? Should i do now ?
