I had a miscarriage on 20 Feb, I was 7 weeks pregnant that time. I checked my Bhcg on 29 feb it was less than 1.26, miscarriage was all natural no d&c no tablets. But the problem is I didn’t had any periods yet it’s been more than a month now and also from past 3,4 days I’m having shoulder tip pain. I’m worried is it anything to concerned about, is it related to my miscarriage. What should I do now.
It was first pregnancy Married for a year No other medical problems
Repeat your beta hcg levels from some other lab and if still it's nornal then nothing to worry just take some simple pain killer for shoulder tip pain.
Repeat bhcg again wait for a month ! Take normal brufen for shoulder pain
Wait for a month and repeat bhcg , take normal brufen or panadol for pain.

Okay thank you. Also I wanted to ask I didn’t had my periods yet it’s more than a month now. How long will it take for periods to come.
