I got a miscarriage, i am 11 wks right now but growth stopped at 8wks 5 days. Doctor gave me cytotec to abort (conservative management) i just want to ask that will i able to expel the conceptus through medicines or i need D&C

it can work. take for 5 days. if not effective go for evacuation
if its a case of missed abortion then its better ti get conservative treatment n if problem is not solved then go for dnc as its an operation afterall n u need anaesthesia also n its hazards are also there so conservative treatment is better
