Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriage

A o.A . Dr m n shadi k pehle month hi conceive kiya tha or ab meri beti 8 month ki h ....pichle month means July m m n conceive kiya or period missed hone k 10 days bad mjhe spotting hoi or agle din jb m ultrasound k ly gyi to dr n kaha k sac was not seen and after then meri bleeding start ho gyi or dr ka kehna tha k it may be biochemical pregnancy but bleeding k doran a small piece was discharged out. Is month means August m again m n conceive kiya or period miss hone k kch din bad mjhe light pinkish spotting hoi or spotting k 2 days bad mjhe bleeding start ho gyi or bleeding k doran again small piece with clotting was discharged out ..... What is the reason of this happening?? Should I go for check up to gynaecologist??
