I want to ask k cervical length check kiay bghair he kaisy decide ho sakta k stitch he lgna chahiay pregnancy ko save krny ko? Kya Gestational diabetes ya infection reason ho sakti hy miscarriage ki? Ya cerclage he eska solution hy?
If there is history of 2nd trimester miscarriages and cervical length is short on scan then cervical suture is recommended.

all the possible reasons should be searched.infections are very common reason of preterm deliver or second trimester miscarriage. cervical weakness may another cause.ypu may get ultrasound for cervical length assessment. but sometimes we take decision of cervical stitch on the basis of history.presently her urine infection should be treated and get her ultrasound for cervical length
