Asalm O Alikum Mam I'm very tense 2019 main meri baby hoi 29 weak but died after 8days. Then i get pregnant in 2021 august but after 7weaks miscarriage ho gaya bleeding start ho gai thi. Lekin ab again march main pregnancy hoi tuh phir sy bleeding start ho gai injection bhi start krwhy thy dr ny lekin koi benefit nai howa. 6 years ho gaye hai meri shadi ko now I'm near 42 years. I have no baby. Can you help me please. Main Dr's ko dika dika k thak chuki hn lekin koi benefit nai ho raha first baby k bad mery periods irregular ho gy thy. Baby k bad meri laparoscopy hoi thi ovarian cyst ki wo bhi feb 2021 main hoi thi aur august main main pregnant ho gai thi.
