Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriage Issue

It been a year that we are married and we tried 2 times to concieve and we did both times as well. 1st time my wife concieved everything was going okay the growth of the baby was okay but after 3 month the growth stopped and there was no progress it resulted in miscarriage. Doctor gave my wife some injection to make pregnancy stronger so the 2nd time we tried to concieve and still we did it but again after 3 months the growth stopped but this time there was no miscarriage. Our doctor asked to do some tests some Torch profile and other tests as well in torch profile there were some viruses shown that my wife say she was never got ill in her entire life. Now the doctor has asked us to stop conceiving for the moment is there any other that can help.
