Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Period

I am seven days late from my periods. My lmp is 29 march. From 26 April to til 1st May i felt cramps, backache, leg pain all symptoms of periods but no bleeding. Now i am pretty ok all symptoms are gone. My urine test in day four performed in nearest gynecologist clinic was also negative for pregnancy. She gave me medicine for periods to come but i haven't taken yet. Please guide me is there any of pregnancy or should i start those medicines. Or this delay is just due to the endometrioma on left ovary? Note: history of quite regular period and endometriosis patient with 5cm large cyst on left ovary
