Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Lahore
Hello. I am unmarried. I have irregular periods, my cycles range from 30 to 45 days. This is the first time I have missed my period entirely. It has been 59 days and there is no sign of my periods. I am very worried. I exercise semi-regularly. My weight is 59kg and I'm 27 years old, I have no history of ailments. Although, I do crave salty food all the time and sugary things make me nauseous. Kindly guide on this issue? Is there any home remedy that I should take to regulate my period? Thank you!

You probably have hormonal imbalance and need to get a hormone profile done. Please schedule an appointment for detailed evaluation as you need to regulate your periods properly

It’s best to visit gynaecologist first as necessary hormones will be advised after taking history and examination and certain hormone tests are to be done on specific days of periods.
