Talk to Gynecologist on My Wife Had Her First Child's Delivery This Sunday. Like 18 August.

My wife had her first delivery last sunday. doctor suggested 25 aug but she started leaking something and doctor put her on labor drips. she was bearing pain and laboring for around 10 hours and doctor said i'm gonna operate her. but everyone disagreed because even her family knew that most of the work is done now. but she (doctor) was in a hurry as it was sunday. at last my wife had a normal delivery. But what's concerning is she put a full hand inside saying i'm seeing if there is any clot, not only that she was pressing her belly with no care. second thing that worries me the most. after delivery she stitched without any local anesthesia? is it even possible? how is it possible? i came to hospital after delivery i didn't know these things in the hospital so that i could ask these questions from doctor. my wife had 7 stitches. she has difficulty walking she has pain. and her belly is still not in right shape. can you please guide me ? i'm so much worried about my wife. i can
