its all normal,take tab onset ek subha shaam n take some sour items which reduce ur nausea,fast heart beat is normal it happens in pregnancy

Tab onset 4mg twice daily half an hour before meal.small frequent meals , lemonaid or ORS. If not even better, go to emergancy.
