Nausea Issue During Pregnancy

Question

I am 2 month pregnant and living in Dubai. I have severe nausea issue. Bohat zaida dil kharab hota hai. I request to all Doctors please suggest something to tackle this issue. If you have proper cure for this issue, i am willing to take appointment.
