Talk to Gynecologist on No Fetal Heart Beat

Kindly guide me!! I am 10 weeks pregnant according to my lmp. My lmp was 13 june but there is no cardiac activity seen in today’s scan and perisac haemorrhage is occuring.. i want to ask if there is any possibility of embryo to be alive? I am also facing no pregnancy symptoms since 2 weeks and having on and off period like cramps!! what should be the treatment? I’ve attatched tvs report as well.!!

U/S report showing no cardiac activity and gestational age of fetus is not correspond to gestational age by your LMP repeat u/s after 1 week to confirm your u/s finding
