Talk to Gynecologist on No Periods After Ecp

My last period was from 10th dec 22 to 11th dec 22 then i took ecp on 20th. I saw little black blood on 30th dec and 31st dec. Nothing like periods and not consistent. Just saw after urination. Since then it is feb 6 and i still don't have periods. And tests show negative and I don't have any pregnancy symptoms. So ehat is the problem?
