Your first pregnancy shows that couple can reproduce. there are sometime very little issue which needs attention...i would suggest that you should have consultation with nearest gynaecologist as early as possible..stress it self hinders pregnancy

Get a TSH done from Aga Khan lab ( TSH from routine labs is generally unreliable)
Get an appointment with a gynecologist or medical specialist or endocrinologist to discuss complete history.
