Talk to Gynecologist on Not Conceiving

I was on letrozole from two cycles follicles grown up to 21mm and 22mm in both cycle got ivfc 10000 injection both time taking duphaston for 15 days and adfolic, mayofolic, gulcophage, osnate d regularly my reports are all ok no hypothyroid, no cyst found in ovaries a border line insulin raise that's why taking gulcophage normal prolactin but still not conceiving.. what else i need to check? trying from 6 months
