Talk to Gynecologist on Obstetrics
Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Lahore
I had a miscarriage 3 months ago. Alhamdulihah i have conceived again now ( lmp: 1-08/20). Yesterday, i got light brown/pinkish coloured leucorrhea discharge in a very small quantity after which i got an usg done which was normal for 6 weeks of gestation but no fetal pole/heart beat is seen yet. I have to go for a repeat scan at 7 weeks. There is no discharge since then. My doctors asked me to get injection IVF C 5000 and tablet duphastan b.d. I want to ask if i should get this injection or inj. Gravibinan? Or there is no need for injection? Thank You!

If no fetal pole or yolk sac at 6 weeks none of these injections will help wait till fetal pole and heart beat are seen , just take Folic acid 5 mg ,and Duphaston for luteal phase support. To guide you it is advised, If Mean gestational sac diameter is 25.0mm or more with trans-vaginal scan and no visible fetal pole
