this report is abnormal .she might have been a pre diabetic or diabetic even before pregnancy.if these levels are raised at or after 20 weeks we call it diabetes due yo pregnancy but her levels r raised even at 16 weeks.now she needs a detailed counselling about the fetal risks and pregnancy related complications due to high sugar levels.sjw needs a diet chart and control for initial 2 weeks .if not controlled then we need to put her on tablets .if the levels r not controlled on tablets then we need to start insulin .plus a lot of monitoring of fetal growth and normality is needed.
