Talk to Gynecologist on OVARIAN CYST
Asking For Self, Female, 24 Years old, karachi
AOA dr.I’m 38 weeks pregnant and i have a ovrian cyst my gynaecologist suggest me to operate this cyst now i have 2 options that is:normal delivery and then laparoscopy other one is C-section which one should i opt for and what is best for me ?

yes this is quiet big.its better to wait after delivery might b it regress and if this is of same size after 3 months than u can have laproscopy. and secondly if by any reason u r having c section than remove it .

Go for normal delivery then repeat scan after 3 months.
Try to have normal delivery
but if you need to C Section then with it you can remove cyst also
But if you have normal delivery and still after few days it is there than it can also be removed with medicine and not need any surgery for it

go for normal delivery then repeat scan after 40days to see the size .most chances it will regress or if any reason u will go for CS then remove it same time

Go for normal delivery, sometimes it will resolve during or after delivery.. it will not harm your pregnancy… after delivery than go for ultrasound..
