Your previous history is very importat. You see you got the cyst removed but it reappeared again. The report of your usg does not help us reach a conclusion. While the problem may be serious unless excluded by a good scan. You find best hospital in your city for usg and then discuss report with me. Dont neglect this problem. You may have suspected a serious roblem at early stage.
