Talk to Gynecologist on Ovarian Cyst

i have this cyst like thing from last 3 years which developed after a ruptured ectopic on left ovary. a part of ovary was removed,tube everything was ok. i chked with doc thy say if its not bothering u leave it.yesterday i had severe pain on d site so did this ultrasoung.im attaching pics .kindly susgest about this free fluid ..im taking voltarin 50mg.pain is much better now

Take tab augmintin 1gm and tab flagyl 400mg tab buscopan plus for one week than repeat usg and send report
