waleikum assalam,you don't have to worry,if your cycles are regular,most likely you are ovulating,but exact time nobody knows, ye time before ovulation the discharge is clear mucoid liquid like egg white,to make sperms easy to move, once ovulation occured the discharge become thick like soft boiled egg white,no smell no itching.
