how to calculate ovulation days? plzz explain it my last periods date is 10th july and average cycle is 26 to 28 days.. plzz tel my ovulation days
Count the first day of your period as cycle day 1. If your cycle is regular 26 to 28 days your ovulation would be on 12th to 14th day . Nowadays you can download ovulation tracking apps on your android or mobile. These calendars can helo you track your ovulation and fertile days. If your first day of period is 10th july this month your ovulation is expected to be on 21st to 23rd July.
