Talk to Gynecologist on Ovulation Problem

This is 10th month of marriage we were not trying for 4 to 5 then we start trying and failed after 2 months then we visited to gynecologist and had scan at 12th day of my cycle i had a 1.6cm follicle in right ovary and she said i'm not ovulating naturally we will start some medications she put me on letrozole for 5 days then i had a dominant follicle of size 2.1cm on day 12 but ended to periods then again started next cycle of letrozole on day 14th scan i had dominant follicle of 2.2cm but again failed now we stop taking medicine or any tension about conceiving but we decided to scan on day 13 without any medicine and it shows no mature follicle in both ovary.. i want to ask is there any chance to ovulate naturally without medicine i'm trying seed cycling this month and a good balance diet started walking and exercising.. we did all test my prolactin is normal, no hypothyroid, no cyst found in ovaries, no insulin issue but one thing which is noticeable for me from a very long time is t

mostly people concieve after 1st yr of their marriage .we advise to wait for atleat 1 yr before starting any medicine .don't overuse this medicine otherwise ur ovaries will become resistant .test for semen analysis should be done .

but why my follicles are not growing? I don't drink cold drink, sugar free tea i usually avoid sugar as much as i can. one thing is before marriage when i was 20 to 23 years old suddenly i got thick hairs on chin but then i loose my weight eat healthy and all after marriage in ultrasound no cyst found is there any other reason?

if both of u generally well and healthy ...better to wait... and another thing u need to know progesterone level on day 21, to diagnose that u r ovulating or not.....ultrasound tell size only,,it cannot tell that whether its rupture n released egg(ovulation) or not...

morning 60 gram roti with chapli kebab less oil and sometimes two eggs, sugar free tea and apple daily in lunch 12 to 15 tbsp rice with protein and little fat evening sugar tea with snacks like popcorn, protein bar or samosa not regularly, in dinner protein with small roti some times chicken steak and stir fried veggies exercise i walk daily for at least 15 to 20 minutes and 3 days strength training for 20 minutes this routine i'm following from 1 month in which i also had some cheat days
