Talk to Gynecologist on Pain In Left Abdmonen

i m a patient of pcos wweight 78 kgs and suffering from infertility from 2 years tried 6 cycles of clomid/lezra and ivfc injections. in july 2018 i got my lapro done. dr told me that i have retroverted uterus my left tube was having blockage so now everything is well. i was also satisfied butt 2nd day of lapro i was having itching in my vagina having yeast infection i again have treatment for that and it recovered but fews days after i noticed white particles in urine my urine is foul smelling. i again seek for help for yeast infection or if its uti dr diagnose it with yeast infection i again use canesten 6 days and and have flucanozole med for consective 3 days. after 3 days she checked yeast infection was better but did'nt finished. i changed dr she diagnosed me with severe uti i used 7 days ciproxin 500mg twice for infection to end up but sadly i ended up with pain and more discomfort in my left side sometimes it feels like its my kidney sometimes its like in my left ovary or tube
