lower abdominal pain could be a symptom of ovulation in 40%of females. it varies in intensity from mild to severe.
lower abdominal pain after intercourse could be because of pelvic infection, your ultrasound is clear but do you have any complaint of vaginal discharge? it could be because of lower genital tract infection.
apki uterus main swelling and inflammation hai, iski wajha infection bhi ho sakta hai, ager ap next time bhi dard mehsos karen to test kerwaen plz
