Talk to Gynecologist on Pain Weakness
Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Islamabad
Six months post partum c sec breastfeeding. Feeling extreme Weakness, dizziness, tiredness since few days. Sharp shooting upper back pain during routine chores. Shortness of breath while stare climb. Did not take any supplements after delivery. Have frequent spotting light clots currently. Periods were there for 8days but in clots form from 30th March to 6th April. Now again spotting light Plz help regarding weakness and dizziness

Did not get scanned due to lockdown but plz guide whether this irregular bleeding spotting can lead to adenomyosis in long run? Should I start primulot n while breastfeeding cz I used to fix it though this tablet as I am pcos patient
