Hi I’m married for 3.5 years, but still face pain when doing intercourse especially if it’s done after a break of few days(10-12 days) and can’t even conceive.

Painful intercourse can be superficial or deep. Superficial can be due to local causes and deep due to some serious cause. It can a be a bit annoying if done after a break.
Keeping your history of infertility in mind, I think your condition warrants complete investigation.
