my right ovary is 9.0ml and left one is 13.1 ml focillies are also found on peripheral n I had bleeding and some times spotting for last 50 day approx 1 n half month... is it curable or not or wht should I do which medication is beneficial?

I shared that report usg... n my weight is 70 height is 5.3 age is 33 where as I hv issue of bleeding n spotting from last 50 days n it's still going on the same I had taken transamic acid 500mg 2+2+2 for 5 days bt didn't found any improvement yet after that Dr suggested me to have folivate sachet once a day locyst once a day n from.last 4 days m having that'll bt bleeding is not stopped n I also didn't hv proper periods
