Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos

My mom has PCOS and is at menopausal age. The uterine wall is very thick. The surgeon who collected the samples mentioned that the samples are not in good condition, so we have to wait for the reports before making any conclusions. I've received reports today and an appointment with gynae is tomorrow but please can anyone review the report once and tell me if everything's fine (I've attached report's pic).
