Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos/pregnancy/ovarian Cyst

I am 7 weeks pregnant, its my second pregnancy and my first baby is 6 years now. I conceived after 5 years of marriage coz of PCOS and did not face any complication throughout my pregnancy. But after my delivery i did not take any medication further to treat my PCOs.

During my scan doctor seemed more concerned about the round complexed solid cyst mass which is noted in the right adnexa measuring 62x60mm in the ultrasound report. And suggested serum CA 125 and MRI pelvis. Whereas i was more concerned about the health of my baby and pregnancy condition.

I want to know that how this will effect on my pregnancy and what immediate procedure should i go for? As im having continuous nausea since 2 days
