I'm PCOS patient since 2010. I have strong irregular cycle of periods. I get 2-3 periods once in a year. No white is discharge for the whole year since 5 years. I'm single with 25 age ,5.5 feet height and 88Kg weight. I decided to get treatment for my disease. I went to the hospital doctor prescribed me gynera for 21 days Then duphaston for 3 months . After this she told to me your periods will be regular. But till now 2 months are above and No periods. I got my last period on April. Suggest something, Can i take weight loss medicine are they safe. want to know excercise for reducing weight.
