Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Rawalpindi
I have diagnosed with PCOS two years back and took medications for it for around 6-7 months but discontinued them as my periods improved. However, I didn't get any ultrasound or doctor's assessment after that. Now after five months, my period's duration has increased to 8-9 days and they come in early with immense pain two/three days following periods. This month's period again came in early, but there's only black spotting-like discharge for six days. The spotting only happened for two days before and the third day was normal bleeding, but this time, it's just black spotting. Should I see a doctor? or start my medicines again?
