Talk to Gynecologist on Period Issues

I had a laparoscopy for chocolate cyst 3 months ago and had my periods in November. After 15 days, I started spotting lightly for a week then it stopped. Again from 19th dec I m spotting on and off. Sometimes light bleeding, yesterday it was bleeding with clots I thought my periods started finally but no it stopped again. And now since morning light bleeding started again. I m not on any medications. Is it normal after laparoscopy? My doctor's appointment is scheduled for March.

u must get an ultrasound and hormonal test done. consult a gynaecologist earlier
