My age is 49 .I am facing heavy bleeding from the age of 47 . Doctors diagnose it as endometrial thickness.I eat danazol for 6 months then my periods stop for 3 to 4 months .I again eat danazol for 6 months my periods stop after eating 6 months. They stop for 3 to 4 month after eating danazol 6 months . They start again plz tell treatment without operate.
salaam. plz do not take any medecine....just leave at its own. let them stop naturally.
donot use danazolagain
.just use capsules transamine 500 twice or thrice a day as needed..i can add ponston forte..try not to use hormonal medication... its a natural process they are going to stop after some time . but repeat ultrasound for endometrial thickness after 3 months again
go for the complte xamination n lab reprts by near gyneacologist dont take any mdcn without proper diagnosis
Get ultrasound for endometrial thickness and it its more you need to have endometrial sampling to rule out any serious problem
at this age no hormone should be taken without endometrial sampling. do Ultrsound, then D&C. and if biopsy report ok than Mirena LNG
You need biopsy plz get appointment
Endometrium sample should be sent for histopathology. DS ail at this age is not recommended fir longer period. Biopsy is mandatory.
