My periods cycle is normal I get my periods on time or just 2-3 days before my date on every month but my periods flow is less. it usually last for 2-3 with normal flow and on 4 & 5th day. I got some spotting. is it normal? but this month I have periods for only 1 & half day and now I am only spotting yeh normal hai kia aur aise kio hota hai Mera last month operate howa tha appendix ka

As long as it comes every month ,doesn't matter heavy or light ,have you put on weight ??? ,if yes reduce to at least 4-5 kg ,the cycle will be OK.

it's normal in case if you have over due your periods than suspected of pregnancy exclude pregnancy . other wise it's normal.
it's normal if you have good flow for at least 2 days it's normal.
