how is it possible to get periods and feel abdominal pain in early pregnancy ? in ultrasound there was nothing to be seen but test was positive and now after missing periods for 10 days first I got blood spotting then periods like bleeding but my concern is with the abdominal pain which is different from periods I don't want to think bad but gynaecologist asked to wait for periods then come for ultrasound afet 2 weeks and she gave me My fol tab in starting
