Talk to Gynecologist on Periods And Rise In Bhcg Level.

I'm a 32 yrs female married since August 2021.On 17 jan i got my regular periods ended on 22 jan. But it restarts on 31 jan with mild spotting and then with heavy dark brown color blood. On 1st feb my bhcg level is 0.1 which again tested today and it is slightly increase. Current result is <2.0. My question is why it has rised?? Is there any chance of pregnancy? Plz help
