Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Delay Problem

Salam! My periods was regular for a long time. It last april I go through septoplasty (nose surgery). I used medication for controlling bleeding. After that my periods are delay every month. Almost 15 to 20 days. Now last time I had periods on Nov 24, 2024. Still now, I don't get my periods. I am having pain since a week but no periods. What should I do?
Primolote n one tab bid for 5 days
Ye tab le and then stop kre apke periods ajaynge but is se phle pregnancy test kare
Phr next month dekhe k kis time ate hai agr phr b regular ni hue then ocps for 3 months le
Withdraws bleeding k baad regular krny k monthly medicines len for 3 months
u should start tab primloutN 1+1 for 21 days with folic acid once daily n give Gap of 7 days for primlout N use it for 3 cycles ur periods will be regular

yeah, I go through septoplasty. I have fully record of it also use medication for controlling bleeding.
