Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Issue

I've done my biopsy for endometrial hyperplasia. Results show that I have benign endometrial polp. What should I do now? I'm married since 1 year. Have not conceived. As I've periods issue for 8-9 years. I used to bleed heavily Nd that bleeding don't stop itself even for 1-2 months. Other hormonal profile Nd altrasounds showed nothing but just thick endometrial lining.
