Asking for Sister, Female, 21 years old, Islamabad
I usually get periods normally every month but this time I didn't get . It has been a week since I missed .I did exercise and drank ginger tea but nothing is working. What should I do now

Need proper history book a consultation
if married then do pregnancy test, if unmarried then wait for a day or two after that go for ultrasound pelvis and hormone profile
Take fenugreek 1 tsp with 1 cup hot water. You can make tea with this. Else book appointment for customized diet plan
